How It Works

  • When finalizing an order, please advise your sales representative of your preferred pickup location. Not all locations are equipped with the same amount of stock or personnel. This will allow us to accommodate your request as fast as possible.

    How It Works

    • GEDC is equipped with a fully stocked 60,000 sq ft distribution center, which is attached to our DDO location.
    • If your product is in stock, the procedure is as follows:
      • Make your way to Door A in the back of the warehouse
      • Call the number & extension
      • Prepare your vehicle to receive your order
    • Average wait time at the door is 15 minutes on a first come serve basis.
    • You have a 10-Day window to pick up after your order is confirmed.

    NOTE:

    • To decrease wait times & avoid excessive delays, we recommend calling 30 minutes in advance to inform us that you will be picking up your order at the warehouse. This will ensure our staff is prepared to load your order as soon as it is your turn to be served. 
    • Golden Elite Deco Center will not be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle that a client has consented to let us load.

      How It Works

      • We offer local Montreal home delivery through our trusted partner, Simma Transport.
      • All orders are processed & shipped from DDO, Quebec. From Monday to Saturday. 
      • We offer:
        • Contact-Free Curb Side Delivery
        • White Glove Service
      • Delivery Price factors in:
        • Distance from our warehouse
        • Volume & Size of the product(s)
          • Flooring starts at $0.10 / sq ft
        • Delivery logistics (Curb Side vs White Glove service)
      • Delivery appointments can be made as quick as 1 business day in advance.

      NOTE:

      • Delivery of the order is subject to the terms & conditions of the carrier. Any cancellation of a delivery must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
      • White glove service is offered for homes, apartments & Condos. Delivery charges may vary. 
      • Any claims for loss, damage, or breakage should be filed by the buyer with the carrier, in writing, immediately upon receipt of goods.
      • Before ordering, pre-measure the doorways, entrances, hallways, and staircases to ensure the new product will fit. In rare situations where the product may be a tight fit, the client has the option of approving our attempt for delivery by releasing us from liability for damage to the client's property (a signed release is required).

        NOTE:

        Golden Elite Deco Center | MGA Commodities Inc. will not be held responsible for any damage. Claims must be made with the carrier.  The terms & conditions hereinabove may change without prior notice.
