Delivery Lead Time and Shipping Charges for Online Orders

All purchases made through are limited to shipping within Canada. The shipping address provided at checkout must be a valid and complete Canadian address. We reserve the right to hold orders for verification purposes.

Shipping is conducted on business days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The processing times mentioned are indicative and should not be seen as guaranteed. Golden Elite Deco is not liable for any delivery delays caused by adverse weather conditions, high parcel volume, or courier service delays. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Shipping time starts from the moment of order processing when placed by 1 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Delivery charges

Curbside Delivery Only

Please note that all our deliveries are made to the curbside only. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to enter your home or place of delivery. This means that the items will be delivered to the nearest accessible area outside of your home or building. It is important for customers to make arrangements to move the delivered items indoors or to the desired location within the property.

Online Order Return Policy

All purchases from can be returned by carrier or taken to the originating store locations for exchange or refund. Please have your electronic invoice, received at the time of purchase, ready.

For returns by courrier purchased from, the following conditions must be met:

  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.
  • Merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by a copy of the invoice found on your electronic order confirmation.
  • Return costs and fees: All shipping costs for returning the merchandise to Golden Elite Deco will be covered or reimbursed by us to the customer. A 25% restocking fee may apply to orders made outside the Province of Quebec. 
  • Returning to a store: Please bring the product in its original packaging along with the electronic invoice. Please advice customer service at [email protected] prior to making a return.
  • Returning online: Please contact customer service at [email protected].
  • All returned merchandise will undergo an inspection upon arrival. Only after this inspection will a refund be issued to the original method of payment, whether it be credit card, or PayPal account.
  • For any items paid with PayPal and returned to a store location, the refund will be processed to a credit card that matches the billing name on the invoice.
  • The refund amount will reflect the item's purchase price and any applicable taxes.
  • Items received damaged will be replaced at no cost to the customer; however, a picture of the damaged item(s) must be sent to customer service at [email protected] with your order number and item number.
  • Unauthorized returns or returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded, and the merchandise will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Open Box or Liquidation items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Order Cancellation Policy

Golden Elite Deco Center reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. While we strive to fulfill all orders placed through our website, certain circumstances may arise which necessitate order cancellation. These include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, errors in the description or price of the product, errors in your order, shipping issues, or other reasons related to product supply and demand.

In the event of an order cancellation, we will promptly notify you using the contact information provided at the time of order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your payment method in the amount of the charge.

Circumstances Under Which an Order May Be Canceled Include:

  • Product Unavailability: A product may be listed on our website but not available or may become unavailable after you have placed an order.

  • Pricing or Description Errors: Although we make every effort to ensure accuracy in the pricing and description of our products, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order and contact you to inform you of the cancellation.

  • Shipping Issues: In cases where shipping errors or delays significantly impact our ability to fulfill your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you of this cancellation and provide options for a refund.

  • Order Irregularities: Orders that appear to be fraudulent or not in compliance with our terms of service may be canceled.

  • Supply and Demand Issues: Unforeseen supply issues or unexpected demand may sometimes result in stock being unavailable. If this happens, we may need to cancel your order.
